Serving Adults Ages 18–65 Seeking Stability & Support
Anchor of Hope Homes is a private, mission-driven independent living housing provider dedicated to serving individuals who are unhoused or at risk of homelessness across Riverside, San Bernardino, and surrounding regions. We believe that stable housing is the foundation for every other form of recovery and progress.
We provide substance-free shared housing designed to offer genuine safety, structure, and a foundation for long-term growth.
Operating across Riverside and San Bernardino Counties, we engage deeply with the local Continuum of Care and regional housing networks.
Every resident is treated with respect, compassion, and a genuine commitment to their long-term stability and well-being.
Motivated by a deep sense of purpose and responsibility, Tommy joined the local Continuum of Care to contribute meaningfully to coordinated, regional solutions, turning personal experience into lasting community impact.

Homelessness continues to rise across Riverside and San Bernardino Counties, placing immense pressure on individuals, families, and the systems meant to support them. A critical shortage of safe, substance-free shared housing leaves too many people cycling between shelters, streets, and unstable placements — with no clear path forward.
Both counties face year-over-year increases in unsheltered individuals, straining shelter capacity and community resources.
Substance-free shared housing remains scarce, leaving individuals without a stable, supportive environment to rebuild.
Veterans are disproportionately impacted, often falling through the gaps of existing programs and services.
The lack of interim housing options prevents individuals from making the critical transition to permanent stability.
Anchor of Hope Homes bridges the critical gap between crisis and stability by providing structured, non-clinical housing solutions that meet people where they are — and walk alongside them toward lasting independence.
Short-term placements that give individuals a safe landing while they stabilize, connect to services, and plan next steps.
Long-term housing options with wraparound support designed to sustain stability and prevent returns to homelessness.
Coordinated access to healthcare, employment, behavioral health, and housing services through robust inter-agency collaboration.
We serve a broad and underserved population of adults who are ready to rebuild — people who need structure, safety, and support to make the transition from crisis to stability. Our doors are open to those who too often fall between the cracks of existing programs.
Individuals currently unsheltered or in unstable living situations who are ready for a structured, supportive environment.
Men and women who served our country and now need a safe, dignified path back to civilian housing and independence.
Adults exiting incarceration who need stable reentry housing as a foundation for successful community reintegration.
Individuals leaving emergency shelters or unstable placements who need a safe next step before permanent housing.
Our model is built on structure, accountability, and partnership. We don't just provide a roof — we create an environment where residents can stabilize, grow, and connect to the resources they need to thrive.
